These terms govern your use of awesomefoods.co.bw. By using the site you accept them. They do not affect any right you have under Botswana consumer law.
Who runs this site
This site is operated by Awesome Foods, a company of Cabanga Africa (Pty) Ltd, of Plot 9256, Mogoditshane Block 9, Kweneng, Botswana. Where these terms say "we" or "us", they mean that company.
What this site is for
This site exists to show the Awesome Foods range, to help you find a pack, to publish recipes, and to let shops open a trade account. It is not a shop. No sale is concluded on this site and no payment is taken through it. Any order is agreed separately with us by WhatsApp, telephone or email.
Product information
We work to keep product information on this site accurate and current. The pack in your hand is the authority: always read the label before you use a product, particularly where an allergy is involved. Where a field on the Product Information page is marked as still to be published, it means the supplier specification for that field has not yet been signed off, and you should contact us rather than assume a value.
Recipes
Recipes on this site are published as guidance for home cooking. Cooking times, quantities and seasoning levels are a starting point and will vary with your equipment, your ingredients and your taste. You are responsible for cooking food to a safe temperature and for checking that a recipe suits anyone you are cooking for, including anyone with an allergy or a dietary restriction. We do not accept liability for the outcome of a dish.
Trade information
Case sizes, order minimums and merchandising guidance on this site are indicative. Trade pricing, payment terms and delivery terms are confirmed in writing when a trade account is opened, and those written terms take precedence over anything published here.
Our content
The Awesome Foods name, the logo, the pack designs, the photography, the illustrations and the written content on this site belong to us or are used by us under licence. You may read, print and share this content for your own personal or shop use. You may not resell it, republish it commercially, or use our marks on your own product or packaging without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Where this site links out, for example to WhatsApp, we do not control that service and are not responsible for it. Your use of it is governed by that provider's own terms.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the version that applies. If we make a material change we will note it here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana, and the courts of Botswana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
